All Other BC Events
DEADLINE: January 15th, 2027

PRICING DEADLINES:
We do NOT post fees. Studios must request fees from their studio email.
EARLY BIRD
Payments must be paid in full on or prior to October 31st, 2026
REGULAR PRICING
Payments must be
paid in full on or prior to:
December 15th, 2026 for earlier events or Jan 15th, 2027 for all other events
This does NOT include cheques arriving a week later.
LATE FEE PRICING
Payments made after Jan 15th 2027 with a deadline of 30 days prior to event
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
*Effective June 13, 2027, a 2.9% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments
